This User Agreement governs your use of Emoji Pocket, including the Emoji Pocket website, iOS app, Android app, and related features.

By using Emoji Pocket, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Emoji Pocket.

What Emoji Pocket Provides

Emoji Pocket provides emoji browsing, search, copying, themed packs, emoji details, combo building, sticker creation, favorites, and related tools. Some features may work differently across web, iOS, and Android.

We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time as we improve the product.

Your Use of Emoji Pocket

You agree not to:

• Use Emoji Pocket for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• Use automated scraping or bulk extraction in a way that harms service performance.
• Misrepresent Emoji Pocket or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
• Violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

User-Created Content

Emoji Pocket may let you create local stickers, combos, collections, or other arrangements of emoji. You are responsible for how you use, share, or distribute anything you create with the app.

Do not use Emoji Pocket to create or share content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

Emoji and Third-Party Assets

Emoji characters, fonts, emoji artwork, and related assets may be provided by platform vendors or third-party open-source projects. Your use of those assets may be subject to separate licenses, platform terms, or intellectual property rules.

Emoji Pocket does not grant rights beyond those we are legally able to grant. Please respect applicable licenses and platform rules when you use or distribute exported content.

App Stores and Platform Terms

If you download Emoji Pocket from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use may also be governed by that marketplace's terms and policies. Those platform terms apply in addition to this User Agreement.

No Warranty

Emoji Pocket is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or that every emoji or asset will display identically on every device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Emoji Pocket and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Emoji Pocket if we believe you violated this User Agreement, caused harm to the service or others, or created legal or security risk.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Emoji Pocket after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
